Account-linked checkout
Pay through Tebex. Delivery is recorded against your Hollow account after a verified payment notification.
Paid Points packages require your verified Discord link. Link Discord on your Account page before checkout. A credited balance may require re-opening the in-game Point Mall or relogging to refresh.
Log in to choose the recipient
The account you log in to will receive the points. No character name, email matching or payment return URL is used to guess your account.
Log in to HollowGear, services and other non-point packages still use their existing delivery process. Refunds and disputes are flagged for staff review rather than silently removing points or banning an account.
